Med-Or funds a PhD scholarship at Roma Tre University
In its efforts to support academic research, Med-Or Foundation supported the awarding of a PhD scholarship in European and International Studies at Roma Tre University
Continuing its support for research and higher education, from this academic year Med-Or Foundation is funding a scholarship for a PhD in Political Science at Roma Tre University. The funded research project will be within the framework of the European and International Studies curriculum and will be aimed at training a young researcher from one of the countries of the Mediterranean area, an expert in the foreign policy of the countries of the Middle East, who will also be able to analyze in particular the interrelation between environmental, energy and security problems within the Broader Mediterranean.
The initiative has been the first form of collaboration between Med-Or and Roma Tre University and it is part of the activities of the Foundation, which, in addition to supporting the fundamental process of internationalization of Italian universities, from the next academic year will follow up on numerous projects in support of higher education and research, in collaboration with various Italian universities and aimed at students, researchers and scholars from the area of reference of the Foundation. In particular, the scholarship awarded at the Roma Tre University was won by a Tunisian researcher, who joins the other young students and researchers who will be able to take advantage of the scholarships provided by Med-Or in the various projects implemented this academic year.
