On Tuesday October 17, the first meeting of the “Digital Geopolitics” project, developed in collaboration with the Center for International and Strategic Studies (CISS) of Luiss Guido Carli, was held at Med-Or Foundation. The project is part of the call for proposals “Geopolitics and Technology. New paradigms of development: challenges, security and democracy” published by the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation within the Mission “Fostering international opportunities” of the Planet Goal.
The project foresees the drafting of ten research papers that aim to address themes related to digital policy and international relations. During the first meeting, which was held in a hybrid mode at Med-Or headquarters, the project guidelines were presented, and the authors had the chance to discuss the topics of their papers to coordinate the activities and share the findings of their first research efforts.
At the end of the drafting process, the research findings will be presented and analyzed, together with possible forecasts, during a conference which will take place in Rome at Luiss Guido Carli.
